How can I place my order?

When you are ready to purchase the items that you have placed in your basket you can simply click on the shopping bag icon located at the top right of the page and you will be directed to your basket.

If you belong to Free Shipping Countries List there won’t be any additional shipping cost (check Delivery page). Otherwise the fixed shipping cost 8$ will be automatically added to your order cost.

If you have a gift card or discount code, remember to enter it here and press “Apply coupon” button. When you are happy with the payment total of the order, you can then click “Proceed to checkout” on the right of the page.

Follow these simple steps to complete your order:
Step 1. Checkout Method
You can sign into your account if you have one or if this is your first visit, register with us for quicker future visits. Alternatively, you can opt to check out as a guest if you prefer. Once you make your selection, just click on continue or sign in.

Step 2. Billing & Shipping Information 
Please complete all required sections, these are highlighted for you with a red asterix (*). If possible, please enter a mobile number where we can reach you should we need to discuss your order. Our couriers will also text you details of your delivery straight to your mobile number provided. Your privacy is very important to us and we promise not to pass your details onto any other 3rd party. If you are shipping to an alternative delivery address, please select “Ship to a different address?” and complete the highlighted section. When you are ready, go to Payment window.

Step 3. Payment Information 
You should now be at the payment stage where you can select your payment method. Currently we accept debit & credit cards and PayPal payments, if you choose PayPal you will be directed to their site to complete the payment. Otherwise please fill in your debit or credit card information.

Step 4. Order Review
Please spend a minute to review your order one last time. If you would like to go back over your delivery address, just click on the shipping information section and it will open for you. Once you are happy with your details, you can go ahead so select “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” and complete your order by clicking “Place order” button if you have chosen Credit card payment or click “PayPal” button if you have chosen Paypal payment option. Once all payment information has been entered, you will receive your order confirmation email.

Will I get my order confirmation?

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term in case we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered) or because you can simply change your mind and decide to cancel your order. In the case of a change in price or availability, we will always contact you to ensure any changes are acceptable.

We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • a. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • b. Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
  • c. The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • d. Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in our “Terms and Conditions”

We reserve the right to change prices, terms and specifications without prior notice.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

If you need to amend or cancel your order at all please contact as soon as possible either by email info@wellnessorama.com .

All postage and handling charges associated with returning the goods to Wellnessorama are your responsibility.

How can I find an item?

Either enter the product number or keywords for the item that you are interested in purchasing into the search box by clicking the magnifying glass on the top right of the page, next to My account and The shopping cart, or simply browse through our categories and use refinements under the “Filter” tab to narrow the results down to products that fit your needs. Click on the image of the item you would like to learn more about to get to the product detail page. Here you will find additional imagery, product description, available colors, sizes or smells, customer ratings, and reviews.

How do I add/edit/remove items from my bag?

Adding Item(s) to Bag

To add an item to your shopping bag for purchase, simply select the color/size/smell (if applicable) and click Add to Cart.

Once you are ready to check out, click on “View Bag” in the upper-right-hand corner of the site.

Editing Item Quantities in Cart/Check-Out Page

Once an item is added to your bag or on the check-out page, you can add or remove quantities of the same item by entering the desired quantity in the “Quantity:” box below the item name and clicking “UPDATE”.

To remove an item from your bag or on the check-out page, just click “X” button on the left of the item picture if you on Cart page or when you just navigate on “Cart” sign in the upper-right-hand corner of the site by clicking same button on the right side of your added item name.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as Paypal.

When will the money come out of my account?

Once you pay for your order, the money will come out of your account usually within 1 working day (excluding weekends).

Is my payment secured?

Our checkout is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security. So you can make a payment safe and no stress.

How much does delivery cost?

We offer a free shipping option to USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and most of EU countries to meet your shipping needs. There is a fixed shipping fee 8$ USA to the rest of the world countries.

How long does it take to ship my item?

Shipping takes between 10-25 business days (depends on your country location).

We are unable to control an exact delivery time, because it is processed by the third-party service but if the parcel has not arrive within excepted time, please contact us, we will help you to track it and give you satisfied reply.

Will I be charged customs and import duties?

Depending on the value of your order, your Wellnessorama parcel may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Wellnessorama’s hands, and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Has my order shipped? And/or How do I track my order?

When your order ships, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you with instructions on how to track your package. You can also track the status of your order by clicking the “My Account” link located at the top of every page of our site. Once there, click the “Review orders / track packages” link to view the status and track your orders swiftly and easily!

When do I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number once we have processed your order and send it out for delivery (usually within 3-5 days of order purchase).

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

My order never arrived.

Click the “My Account” link located at the top of the page. Then click “Review orders / track packages”and view the order. If a Tracking Number is displayed, you may click the “Track your package” link to view shipment details.

Please click “View Order Details” to confirm that the shipping address submitted for the order is correct. If your packages show a status of “Delivered” or if the delivery window has passed and you do not have the package at your shipping address, please contact us for assistance.

What's your returns policy?

We want all our customers to fall in love with their chosen items. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, or if we made an error on your order, or if your product is defective, Wellnessorama offers a return or an exchange item service. 

Please let us know as soon as possible and return unwanted products within 10 days from the date you received your order. 

A buyer covers the return item cost.

Your new and unused products must be returned in in their original condition with the original packaging, including any tags, boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. If any products have been removed from their wrapper/packaging, we are unable to accept a return. Also there are some specific items which can not be returned. Please check them in FAQ’s page or just below.
Please contact us if you are unsure about our returns process. 
Any returned products which are used, damaged, do not include the packaging materials, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to you. Refunds or credits will not be processed until the items are returned and inspected by Wellnessorama staff.

So please return your item(s) to us following the methods below:

  1. Re-pack the item in its original packaging in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
  2. Cover your address label with the original returns label found on the bottom right of your delivery note.
  3. You can return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a receipt of postage.

Please keep your proof of postage safe in case you need this as your proof of return.

Attention: A buyer covers the return item cost.

What to do if I got a different or a defected item?

If your product is defective or it is not what you ordered, please contact us to request a refund or an exchange of the item.

What items cannot be returned?

We will normally accept an item back for return if it is brand new, different than ordered, defected, within 10 days of the delivery date, and still in its original packaging.

There are a few exceptions and these are listed below:

Headbands. Body care items such as creams/lotions/oils/soaps etc. Tongue scrapers. Neti pots/nasal catheters. Personalised products.

How long does it take to process my return?

We aim to process your return and refund for you ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
